The Food Safety Supervisor course has been created so that participants can meet Australian legal requirements and obtain a comprehensive understanding of Food Safety – as it relates to Australian businesses & workplaces. This course prepares the participant for overseeing the challenges of food preparation and handling, in the responsible role of a food safety supervisor.

The Food Handlers Certificate course is for those who need to know how to apply good hygine practices within a range of service industry operations. You will learn how to follow predetermined procedures, identify and control simple hazards so that customers, colleagues and yourself are not exposed to health risks (Nationally Recognised Unit of Competence).

The Safe Food Handling course is for those wanting to learn the basics of food safety. The non-accredited course provides initial training for any staff member that works or intends to work with food. This course is ideal as part of an induction program and to meet your legislative requirements by having staff correctly trained in food safety.
